they have taken the liberty of my position and print their name and phone number on my thanks. they have never done this before and they obviously thought tht i wouldnt notice. I am very angry! They are very high-end thank you notes, and they just their name printed directly on top of their Arthur William (the card manufacturer)

I never signed anything and it was a regular order. how do I word as I know them and do not want to talk about the city,.

I would ask them if this was a new policy to print their name and address on the cards. Let them know, nicely, that you are upset. If they do not voluntarily offer to reprint your cards, I would ask them for a remake. . . Working with the original - as ordered!

I would call the manager and talk to them
ask them to reproduce w / o name and address (at their expense)
Tell them you think it is inappropriate for them to advertise on your fixed and you want to remove.

guess you did not get the answers you wanted all the other times you requested.

How about talking with them? I'm sure they do not do it just for you check. complaining here will not solve your problem. go talk to them.

This is standard, so do not raise a significant adjustment.
