Wedding Menu Paper

My fiance and I are very environmentally conscious and want our wedding to reflect our "green" attitudes! We plan to use paper or treeless or recycled for all the invitations, menus, etc. We plan to use soy candles, and we want our teachers to live green plants. Are they any other suggestions you may have about how to incorporate "going green" movement in our marriage?

Find a caterer that uses local seasonal organic produce and meats. Choose organic or biodynamic wines.
