Sweet 16 Birthday Cards

My sister is now 16 soon ... I want to get him a gift, but I do not want to spend much money (no more than $ 30!) It's not really a girly girl and is in things that are of high quality. I prefer not to give a gift card. Any ideas?

Maybe this? Go to a party store and buy a "popcorn box," as they serve popcorn at the cinema ... fill it with pre popcorn in the microwave .... from then? Go to Walgreens and buy 2 candy bars cinema size ... go to the local cinema and buy two movie tickets .... all packed together in a gift bag so when she goes out, it's a complete package ... . or, if it is a homebody ....

get him a one-year subscription to Netflix and packaging in the same way ..... What fun! the gift of fun (and candy)!

A good book ... something she likes to read like a book or play, surfing, etc., if she loves the arts and crafts, you can buy something to decorate her bedroom with ... a jewelry box beautifully decorated.?

How about finding an old photo of you at a younger age. Something fun for example ... at the beach during the holidays. You can have it blown up to a 5x7 and find a pleasant setting. Or make a frame yourself.
Maybe put a gift card inside the card.
It can cherish the picture forever.
