Can I join the U.S. Army Rangers as a green card holder? Ive read in some places you can, but you can not others?
I 100% sure I have the physical and mental capacity to enter the selection. Im in the UK and want to serve in the United States and for freedom!
No, you can not, you must be a U.S. citizen.
As the person above me said, you can get expedited citizenship to join as a green card holder. However, the recruiter has no power through the 40 option in your contract. You can go to 11X and after you get your citizenship, you can ask the Rangers. You can not get a secret clearance with dual citizenship, then you would have to give up your British nationality to be a Ranger.
As a green card holder, you can enlist in the army. With enrollment you will get your citizenship faster. When my brother went to BCT, it was a Cuban national in his company who obtained U.S. citizenship to graduation. If you do that, then you would be able to enter the 75th. However, whether or not you can enroll in the 40 option with your citizenship BCT would be contingent to a recruiter.
Yes, you can allow them to speed up your status to become a citizen
