How can I get a green card give me? I was originally born in Mexico and came to the States when I was thirteen (four years). I am interested in the army last year, and I want to join the army. I passed the ASVAB practice test and got a 79. The recruiter told me it was a hell of a partition, and wanted me to sign as soon as possible. However, the problem is that I am currently an undocumented (illegal) immigrants. Do not get me wrong, I do not want to serve this country to get my papers, I want my papers so I can serve this country. I am loyal to the United States of America, and would not hesitate to die for this land. Please help me, I'm as patriotic as you are, and I would like one day stand between the armed forces as one of their members. Do not criticize my status, I do not agree to come here first, because all my friends, family and especially my grandmother lived there. But then I came to love this country deeply, and now I want to wholeheartedly serve. Thank you.
You should contact an immigration lawyer. A recruiter can not do anything for you until your status is legal. Immigration law is complex and you need the assistance of an expert.
Call your recruiter. He should be able to tell you how or you give to someone who knows more.
