Where can I buy cards online to recharge my cell phone in Thailand? I'm out of Thailand, is it a safe place to buy recharge cards for my Thai mobile phone line?
You can buy recharge vouchers online www.torasap.com. You can get AIS or DTAC. I bought them before - you pay with Paypal and you get immediate delivery.
It is likely going to be problems using high cards outside the country because the country calling prefixes etc. But you may be able to find recharge cards on eBay or similar. I've never seen a third of the top sites for Thai co phone, but they may exist. There seems to be many solutions for Filipinos to recharge their phones abroad, but there are many more of them work abroad as well.
You can charge any account Thai mobile (from anywhere) using the services Thai Bank online banking. It is available for CBS, and probably others. So if you or a friend has a Thai bank account with online banking set up ...
There are three companies offering mobile services in Thailand.
DTAC, and TRUE THAI AIS GSM. Unfortunately none of the companies offering the cards is greater on the line.
However if you have a top up card, you can load on the DVLA site. I did this for the last one year. I receive an adequate supply of cards from the top of Thailand when I go up there.
Here are the details of the official website of ISA, which is explained how the top of your card.

Click "outboun" at the bottom of the page, then click on the logo 12call
then click "en" (in English) on the site right of the page

If you know someone in Thailand that uses 1 2 calls, they can transfer credit to your phone by calling the transfer line at * 140. You may not transfer 100 Baht per transaction, but you can do it several times and it only costs 3 baht per transfer. Otherwise, try eBay.
I think you forgot something. What company are you with your SIM card? DTAC, True, AIS?? Look at their website. So how are you going to top up from your outside the country?
added: I know that I charge my phone DVLA woman without her, so if you have a friend here in Thailand have to charge your phone for you.
