Invitation Card Format

How can I make invitations that look like postcards?
Do you think it's a good idea? Or is it Taky?

I personally do not think it's a good idea. Plus, you'll never be able to get all the information you need on a postcard. Usually the calls come at the invitation actual card receipt to describe the event, the reply card and envelope (or how people will RSVP and pick up the meal?) Cards hosting , and maps directions. You will not be able to get it all, especially the reply card required, on a postcard. It's a cute idea for an invitation, but it seems more appropriate for a shower or engagement party. People can be confused with this as a wedding invite. Good luck!
