Funny Birthday Cartoons

I'll be 17 in less than a month and I wish I had a birthday party since I have not the last two years. It will not be terribly large, perhaps 10 people at most, nothing of the giant house party.

We (me and my friends) are all really weird people and as random stuff. I read a book about a fish theme party that was funny, but not something I would do just because I'm not big on fish. Just Myu quirks.

The whole "dress as your favorite (actor, cartoon character, rock star, decade), and so seems a bit played me. I need something funny, ironic and original (and perhaps slightly immature). Thank you!

I should also mention that this will be my home, and it must be appropriate. We are not the "party animals" if you know what I mean. No sex, alcohol or drugs. In other words, I want something clean, but always funny.
