Fuji Card Reader

SmartMedia card will not be read by the PC?

Can anyone help? I took up my Fuji camera, but when I read it on the PC via a card reader into the USB port of the PC says "Disk is not formatted." I am confused! Can not get my photos!

The problem you face is that the USB card reader does not recognize the file format of your smart card with the media, so the PC does not know what kind of file they are. This basically mean that you must have some sort of software installed on your computer you can open these files. Perhaps the CD that came with the camera has some software such.

If there is the possibility to save all files in Media-Smart to some other media, then you can try formatting the smart card-media software with Windows and then copy the saved files back.

I know it can be nuts did you put the map on the right track??
when you got your card reader it should have software with it
try the name of your card reader into your search box and try the web
