English To Welsh Converter

Does anyone know what is the best way for me to write a supplement to Microsoft Word, I want to write a complete word converter Welsh. If anyone knows where I can get a comprehensive database of Welsh in English and vice versa then I would be very grateful.

The best way to do either VB or VBA

If you load word and go to Tools -> Macro -> Visual Basic Editor, it will load VBA.

Have search sites using VBA and it will get you started in the right direction.
