For women there, you find yourself crying in the strangest places and for no reason at all, and again you can have a reason, but the timing was not good, it's not a matter of mind, but I drove on my way to the library, come here, I forgot my library card, and my way back home to get it! I just started crying, hard as a baby. But later, I felt so good and energized. Ladies, I know that similar situations have happened! Please! Hand, men too, because your eyes as sweat for no reason at all. Thank you!
I do the same thing! I thought it was just me. It is out of no where, I'll be all happy and all, then something really little happens, I start to cry, and then feel sad, but I usually just sleep shortly after, and feel much better. My guidance counselor was talking about. And what happens is that everything that goes wrong just build and build and then a little thing that happens and you leave everything out.
But I'm a little relieved that I'm not the only one there. lol
Women are more prone to this than men. Men are trained differently. In addition, our hormones make us more susceptible to this type of behavior. These chemicals do have a major effect on our emotions, trust me. I cry for advertising sappy, cute puppies, beautiful flowers. But it feels so good, due to other chemicals that are released into the blood when you do it. Poor men - they do not get to have that helping hand when they could really use it.
I was in a lot of my life. I used to cry a lot when I was a kid. I learned to push back my tears and not think about what makes me cry at that time.
I think I cry sometimes when I see happy family .... cause it makes me miss what I did not. I cry when I hear sad story or watch TV ... Sometimes they show poor children with flies in their faces ...... ok ok ok I do not cry a lil bit ....... but forgetting my library card makes me nervous and angry
I think that we store up our frustrations until our minds and bodies can not take longer. It is the natural way to release and revitalization.
My experience was most like yours, is when I spilled milk on the floor. I was on my hands and knees to clean it when I lost it. And I felt much better.
Talk about crying over spilled milk. :)
Yes and I hate it. I was at the airport the other day waiting to pick up my girlfriend and I saw people watching the planes land, bringing people together after the flight, either, and I cried like a baby no real reason.
I am a very emotional charge. I cry at all.
But these really good sob sessions always make me feel better too. It releases toxins from your body, so I assumed that it is good to throw away the river of salt each time in all! :)
Not at all ... I rarely cry ... I need a good reason - no reason as to forget my library card, lol! that is funny ...
I'm not emotional like that ...
I hate to cry, it gives me a headache pounding.
