Birthday Card Wording

A few years ago, I received an invitation to join a party "surprise" birthday, but it was not a real part - the idea was that friends and family have been sending birthday cards all on the same day.

The wording of this one was by invitation rhyme cute and I wonder if anyone has something similar to offer up.

a lot of cards are on their way.
And you know
when they are all there,
how many people you hold dear
So happy birthday we all say
and many happy returns of this day!
