Birthday Card Generator

I think I finally found the solution to my problem? but I'm still not sure, please help me (regarding gfx card)?

Well, in July for my birthday, I bought a graphics card: Inno3D 9600, which is an awesome map btw. Two months after I use it, it started to heat up to 104 degrees Celsius, then the screen will not show more pictures, it went black .... I was scared! coz I use it very well for 2 whole months to run Crysis, Assassin's Creed, grid and all other games *** shot you might think ... I went to the dealer he installed the graphics card on your PC and it worked perfectly .... and I thought at 55 degrees, just like on mine when I bought it.

So I was confused the salesman told me that this is not the case, coz it has the same as mine (standard case is not a game), he assumed it was the map mother who had a problem in the PCI-EX16 ... I do not use it for a while and decided that tomorrow I will go to the vendor of my PC and replace my motherboard or at least give me a viable solution if the mobo is not the issue. So, just to see if it would work, now I put my 9600 GT in my pc and open the side of my body to cool more quickly ... I run well with no harm to its 54 degrees Celsius at idle and when playin least 72 degrees max! so I add a fan on the side of my case and close it. It works very well for 40 minutes until the electricity was cut off.

We only have generators in our lights (neon) and the fans, so we used to (long back like maybe 5 months) connect our PC and TV for son lying, we have added to attract electricity generator when it is in our off (so the son connected to the light to use the PC and TV). I turn my pc on and see that my gfx card in less than 15 minutes on the slow 110 degrees, so I take a look at the gfx card and I see that the fan does not turn over. I quickly turn off my pc and wait for electricity to return. He comes back and my card is cool again in a constant 54 degrees at idle.

Now Im guessin it was the food, perhaps the power of light is not enough to support my graphics card so my fan off. Is that a reason? How much voltage and power do not consume a neon from a PC with a printer and gfx card like mine and a TV? If you answer this runs I'd be really grateful considering I lost a lot of your time by writing to this question long and detailed. Thanx
