Need help with date of birth? I am in charge of sending b-day greetings in a group, I am involved in. I am willing to customize the greetings for each person instead of just "Happy Birthday".
I had thought to find meaning to their date of birth and that that. . .. or a poem or quote to go along with the date of birth.
I need some ideas or some websites that will actually pull up here at work. . . Please. :)
And before anyone asks why I am asking this here in R & S. . So it's really the only place I can ask a question and get some answers. . . Heck and what is more spiritual than b-day? : P
You could see how each individual is old, and then look the other within the group to come up with many reasons, colelctively, they are loved by this group.
For example, say you have a guy named Tom who turns 40. If there are 10 people in your group, get the nine others (including you) to reach 40 reasons why he is loved and appreciated.
If this is not an option, you can always hire a stripper.
Try something new. Make a birthday party where no one shows up. Just put up all the stuff b-day and never show it.
if you go to wikipedia you can see a lot of historical significance to every day, by date ..
hmmm .... well, you can find a famous person who shares their bday and give a positive trait that you think they share
astrology. works every time (you think it does)
I do not know your religious point of view, but I did it for my church and found a reference scripture that coincided with the birthday crown. Everyone loved it.
Why not get a copy of the front page of news paper the day they were born. I got mine and I have framed, the only birthday card I've ever kept. So I do now to all my friends as a special gift personal. You may obtain a copy of a library
You can also enumerate a list of celebrities who share their birthday, or major events in history.
