2nd Birthday Invitation Wording

In 1969, Fred Rogers appeared before the Subcommittee of the U.S. Senate on communications. Its purpose was to support funding of PBS and the Corporation for Public Broadcasting, in response to significant proposed cuts by President Nixon.
