10th Anniversary Cards

Since I saw the new art on the cards newly released 10th anniversary I've wanted, so my question is: What shops, where appropriate, lead the pack of the 10th anniversary. Do department stores such as Wal-Mart and Target? Do-it-yourself workshops will wear it? Can I find it only online? Should I order from a catalog? Does it come in Jump Shonnen as other free gifts in most of the questions?
